Little Patriot

Jackson attended his first parade and loved the experience of seeing the classic cars and fire engines, and picking up the gobs of candy thrown from floats. The day ended with a trip to a mexican restaurant. Like his true New Mexico roots, Jackson loves salsa and chips.

We finished out the weekend with a pseudo camping trip in the backyard. The boys made it the entire night on the gently slopped lawn. Jill opted for a comfy bed by 2:30am. The campsite was equiped with a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows.
